These cylinders are the representation of the wooden sticks that used to hang in my grandma's mud house in the village. The sticks were used for many different things. Some were there to grind the spices, crush the grains and make butter.  I recreate these pieces  because part of my childhood that no longer exist.  The cylinder shapes connects me to the past and present reducing the nostalgia.
